Businesses are always looking for ways to elevate their Customer Experience (CX). Satisfied customers become repeat, long-term customers. But as customer expectations around their experiences with the businesses they patron continue to evolve, so have the needs of the employees that serve them. And when 68% of consumers say a pleasant representative was key to their positive experience, it’s imperative that businesses begin to pay attention to their Employee Experience (EX) as well.
The assets in this project were used in Mitel’s global marketing efforts around customer lifecycle management and explore why EX is the key to unlocking better CX, and how the right communications technology elevates both.
